What are your shipping times?
We process your order within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your country.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to the following countries: United Kingdom, USA,Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you're located elsewhere, feel free to contact us, we’ll be happy to explore delivery options for you.

Where are your products shipped from?
Our office is based at 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France, but most of our products are shipped from our international logistics warehouse in China.

Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes. You can request your tracking number 3 days after placing your order by contacting us at: contact@earase.com.

Some items are missing from my order, what should I do?
No worries!
If your order contains items from different warehouses or with different processing times, they may arrive separately. The rest of your order should follow shortly.

I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?
We’re sorry for the delay.
Sometimes international shipments may take longer due to customs or local delivery conditions.
You can track your package with your tracking number. If you need help, contact us at: contact@earase.com.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We’re truly sorry.
Please send a clear photo of the damaged item to: contact@earase.com
and we’ll ship you a replacement free of charge.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes! You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as:

  • The item is not on sale, and

  • It’s returned in its original condition.
